How an AAW Engagement Begins
Four defined stages. No generic intake. No public process. Every engagement is structured around the client's brief — not a standardised template.
01 — Confidential Discovery
Every engagement opens with a private, unrecorded session. We map the client's position, constraints, and objectives before any advisory direction is proposed.
02 — Strategic Assessment
We conduct a structured analysis of the principal's situation — capital position, jurisdictional exposure, counterparty landscape — producing a clear picture before any blueprint is drafted.
03 — Advisory Blueprint
The brief is authored with the client, not handed to them. Scope, sequencing, and access priorities are defined jointly — the resulting blueprint belongs to the engagement, not to a firm template.
04 — Execution Support
AAW remains present through implementation. We do not submit a document and withdraw. Retained access to our advisory team continues for the duration of the engagement.
Retained on Introduction. Available by Arrangement.
If you have reached this page with a specific situation in mind, the appropriate next step is a private consultation. AAW does not maintain a public pipeline.
